Once you have tried this organic olive oil, you will not look back. This Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Siciliy has a freshly cut grass flavour with a hint of artichokes taste. Harvesting the best olives is an art, from the quality of the soil where the trees are grown to choosing when and how they are harvested and crushed. Coming from Sicily, this oil is made from Biancolilla olives which are harvested by hand. Within a few hours, the olives are then milled and pressed, following the traditional Italian cold pressing method, where the olives are pressed only once, without the use of heat.
