Where are you located?

Award Deli is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Do you have a physical store?

All Award Deli products are available online exclusively at the moment. We do not have any retail stores open to the public at this time. Our physical location consists of our offices located alongside our storage facilities.

What is your pricing policy?

Award Deli’s pricing is fixed. However, since the price of most of our products depends on their seasonality, harvest and market conditions, some prices are subject to change without any prior notice possible.

How fast do you deliver?

Any orders received before 12 noon from Saturday to Thursday, will be delivered on the same day.

For orders received after 12 noon, deliveries will take place the next working day.

Note that Award Deli does not deliver on Fridays.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations can only happen if the order has not been processed and if the order has not yet left our facilities. Please do call us immediately to check your order status in the event of a cancellation request.

In general, once the order has been processed and after the order is "On its way", it cannot be cancelled.

All our products are delicate and sensitive to temperature changes, and require care while being prepared, packaged and transported. We aim to minimise any handling to ensure they maintain their quality on delivery.

How can I pay for the products I ordered?

Our current payment terms are either cash, cheque or credit card on delivery, payable to our driver. For any cheque payment, please issue the cheque to "Award Deli Foodstuff Trading LLC".

We are currently working behind the scene on our online ordering system, which will allow for online payments to be accepted as well. Coming soon!

The prices of Award Deli goods and any associated delivery charges are to be paid in UAE Dirhams.

Where can you deliver?

We currently deliver in the United Arab Emirates only.

We deliver every day all over Dubai, and at least once per week in Abu Dhabi.

Our Award Deli fleet also delivers to other Emirates on a case-by-case basis. Please simply give us a call prior to purchasing any items or use the Contact Us page to send us a message, as delivery to other Emirates need to be pre-arranged and agreed ahead of each order.

How much do you charge for delivery?

For deliveries in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, our pricing is as follows:

  • Complimentary for any orders above AED150
  • AED50 for any deliveries below AED150

For all other Emirates, please always Contact Us ahead of placing an order.

Can I recommend an item to add to your stock list, which you currently do not offer?

That would be amazing, we welcome your suggestions! Do share with us all the details, and we will search for the best across the world.

What is your return policy?

Given their nature, our products are very delicate as well as sensitive to temperature changes. Therefore, we are unable to accept any returns. Of course, if we delivered the wrong product, we will replace it.

How does the Award Deli order and delivery process work?

The Award Deli website is straight-forward and easy to use. Below is a step-by-step overview of the process:

  1. Browse our website
  2. Pick your favourite products
  3. Place your order online, remembering that 12 noon is the cut-off time for same day deliveries
  4. Upon receiving your order, the Award Deli team will contact you to confirm the delivery time and location
  5. Your order will be dispatched from our facilities and delivered to your home/office by our very own Award Deli fleet of temperature-controlled vans. 
  6. All in-stock orders placed before 12 noon on a working day will be delivered on the same day. Any order placed after 12 noon will be delivered the next working day.
  7. Finally, simply enjoy the taste of our award-winning products!

Am I able to retrieve my previous orders?

Yes of course. When you log into our website, simply go to "My Orders" in order to view all your previous orders.

From this section, you can then simply and quickly reorder or adjust your previous product(s) selection.
